Hot Springs, Arkansas

Today is full of sunshine and we are pumped to get to Hot Springs! On the way Jeff found us some beautiful off- leash hiking trails to take the dogs for a run. We can already see how different the terrain is. The trees are soooo tall and the forests so thick and lush. Its a cool brisk day and we are loving life!

Hiking under the dogwood trees.

We eventually made it to our camp called Treasure Isle RV park nicely located on Lake Hamilton. Tall trees, pretty views and all the fishing your heart desires. This park had a small dog park for the pups when we needed it.

People come to Hot Springs for Hot Springs National Park and Bathhouse row. We took the dogs for a hike to the top of the mountain in the park and then toured the old bathhouses some which are still in existence. One of them was actually turned into a brewery called Superior Bathhouse Brewery. Its the only brewery in the US where the beer is brewed from spring water. We did a tasting and enjoyed all the unique flavors!

Best BBQ in Hot Springs was at McCLARDS BAR B Q & FINE FOODS! Those ribs were fall off the bone finger licking good! The restaurant has been around since 1928 so you know they know what they’re doing!
